If I am flying in, how do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Transportation will be provided from the airport to the hotel. This information will be provided to you prior to arrival.
What if I have special dietary needs?
There is a place on the registration page to list any food allergies or special requests.
Will I need to bring any money with me?
You might have some incidental expenses while traveling or for your free time during the conference. Please see the travel policy for any reimbursable expenses while traveling.
Will we have free time during the conference?
There will be free time after our evening events, and we will take breaks during the day. Just remember that you must be in your seats at all sessions according to the agenda. All evening events are mandatory for all attendees.
Is there a lot of walking?
The hotel is connected to the convention center where all the meetings will be held. Downtown Chattanooga is very walkable, but also provides shuttle service around the city until 10:00 p.m.
If I am driving to the hotel, will I have to pay for parking?
Please check in to the hotel first and you will be given a hang tag for your car for the garage
What if I have special hotel room requests?
